What does your company do?
We source fruit and veggies from smallholder farmers, chop, pack, and deliver them to our customers. Our customer segments are households, Caterers, retailers, corporate companies, and funeral parlors.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been running the business and creating an impact with farmers and local women who work for me. My dream has always been to impact my community with skills, knowledge job opportunities.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our market segments have always been working mothers until COVID came and I lost all my customers, so the biggest hurdle was re-adjusting my business model canvas to focus on other markets, however, that has really worked in my favor because I have managed to diversify my customer segments.
