What does your company do?
LivFit is a rising wellness brand empowering women through faith, fitness, and community. We help women transform their bodies, minds, and lives through personal training, uplifting events, and a message of purpose.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been the consistent and meaningful growth of LivFit. It began as a simple 30-day online challenge, but over time, it has evolved into a dynamic wellness brand and supportive community. We've hosted events like vision board parties, guided hikes, and Faith & Fitness mornings — all created to inspire, uplift, and empower women. We’re also expanding into merchandise that reflects our values and vision. While there hasn’t been one “big moment,” the real success lies in how the brand and its impact continue to grow — not just in numbers, but in purpose, depth, and reach. That’s what I’m most proud of.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle has been financial constraints, especially around launching branded merchandise. As the founder of LivFit without a full-time job, I rely on my husband, who is the sole provider in our household. Starting out, I created just three unique tote bags made by my mother—an intimate and special beginning—but I’m limited by my budget. Without sufficient funds, I cannot yet work with suppliers to scale merchandise production and offer more to the community. Despite this, I remain determined and creative, finding ways to grow LivFit with the resources I have. Access to financial support would allow me to expand merchandise offerings and further strengthen the LivFit brand and community.
