Recruitment, resourcing, training for skilled candidates. We work in line with Human Resources Management and Line Managers in assisting them by headhunting for their open roles.
What is your biggest success?
Being able to place resources in roles organizations had struggled with for a number of years. Being the exclusive resourcing organization for 2 clients.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Chasing invoices from one client and having to train young people.
