What does your company do?
Interior Design Firm, specialising in Residential and Commercial Designs. We help clients achieve their project goals by coordinating their projects while incorporating our design flair. We help draft and submit plans to council. We draw sketches to help clients visualise their spaces, and make adjustments before finalising projects. We manage the entire project from start to finish. Including furniture and fixtures sourcing, budget management and overseeing installation.
What is your biggest success?
Employing better talent. Encountering difficult clients - helped me refine process so that there aren’t grey areas. Putting systems in place that make the workflow easier.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Finances. I can’t source more better talent to be able to take on much bigger projects that will earn us profit but taking it one day at a time. Rome isn’t built in one day after all.
