What is your biggest success?
My biggest success is being able to make a change within our local schools where i have been recordnised as the most professional, convenient and trust worthy Supplier. i am very proud to be put as a reliable source and that tells that i have built good relationship with my customers and i believe that has made my sales record increase highly.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle was when i was still new in the industry of business, funding was a huge challenge and also competing to old suppliers.
However i build good relationship with our suppliers and publishers to have credit that will fund my orders, and be able to deliver quick and through that i could retain my customers.
