As the Head of Strategy, Wellness, and Innovation at Woodrock Animal Rescue, I have driven significant impact in animal welfare. My achievements may include developing and implementing innovative adoption strategies, resulting in increased rehoming rates and improved animal well-being. I have also introduced a cutting-edge wellness program, enhancing the physical and emotional health of animals in care. Through collaborative partnerships and community engagement initiatives, I have expanded Woodrock's reach and influence, promoting a culture of compassion and responsibility towards animals. What has been your biggest hurdle?

Additionally, I may have faced difficulties in changing mindsets and behaviours within the organisation or community, requiring persistent effort and effective communication to drive progress. I have also encountered challenges in measuring the impact of my initiatives, making it essential to develop effective evaluation metrics and monitoring systems. Despite these obstacles, my dedication and expertise have likely enabled me to navigate these challenges and drive positive change at Woodrock Animal Rescue, ultimately improving animal lives.
