What does your company do?
We offer interior design and decorating services tailored to both residential and commercial spaces. Our focus is on creating beautiful, functional environments that reflect each client’s personality and needs. We handle everything from concept development and sourcing to styling and project management to ensure a seamless and inspiring design experience.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success to date was securing my first paying client last year. It was not only my first project but also a pivotal moment in my journey. I had been consistently sharing design tips and insights on social media, and when I met the client, she told me she saw a young Black woman with potential who simply needed an opportunity. Despite my limited experience at the time, she believed in me—and that belief laid the foundation for everything that followed.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
One of my biggest challenges has been navigating client interactions without prior industry experience. However, I view this as an ongoing learning opportunity and continue to grow with each project. It’s also pushed me to step outside of my comfort zone and develop greater confidence in my professional abilities.
