What does your company do?

My company empowers women, especially those navigating major life challenges, such as, cancer, grief, or personal loss. My aim is to help these individuals to reclaim their inner strength, find clarity, and experience a life filled with less worry and more joy. I offer personal one-on-one support, transformative workshops, healing sessions, and motivational talks that focus on self-awareness, resilience, and self-care. I believe I have a unique blend of skills to offer, a combination of intuitive guidance, wellness tools, and lived experience as a cancer survivor. I help others pause, reset, and reconnect with what truly matters. At the heart of my business is the belief that healing starts from within, and that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and inspired to move forward with purpose.

What is your biggest success?

My biggest success has been turning my personal healing journey into a platform that uplifts and transforms the lives of others. From creating a gratitude journal and positivity card deck, to launching Evelyn’s Circle, a gentle supportive space for wellness and growth. As a once, very shy speaker, I have stepped out of my comfort zone on numerous occasions and accepted speaking opportunities so that I can empower others by encouraging the practice of gratitude and the importance of choosing a positive mindset. I like to think I’ve built something that goes beyond a business, it is a movement of hope, empowerment, and heart. Even if I help just one person a day, to turn their life from overwhelm to hope is success enough for me.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

My biggest hurdle was learning to charge for work that comes from the heart. For a long time, I offered support for free because I felt so deeply connected to the people I served. I had to shift my mindset to see that valuing my time, energy, and gifts isn’t just about income, it’s about sustainability and honouring the worth of the transformation I offer. Stepping into that space with confidence, without guilt, was a huge personal and professional turning point.
