What is your biggest success?
Our most significant milestone has been co-designing a national executive wellness strategy for a leading South African private education provider via a project management consultancy contract acting as a proof of concept model. This opportunity reflects our ability to integrate wellbeing with business performance. We’ve developed a multi-tiered executive performance framework, validated through leadership assessments, biofeedback data, and real-time productivity metrics. The outcome isn’t just better health — it's measurable increases in retention, focus, and resilience.
The Glow Collective is a founding partner of The Freedom Project, a movement which expands our capacity to deliver entrepreneurial and enterprise-level strategy consultancy, training coaching and mentoring solutions in leadership development, corporate wellness, and resilience training through which we are building a new model of conscious leadership — where energy, emotional intelligence, and strategic alignment are recognized as bottom-line essentials.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
The Glow Collective originally started as a personal nutrition and physical training / recovery consultancy for individuals struggling with their health and for athletes. Our greatest challenge has been pivoting and reframing wellness as a strategic asset for organizations, not a cost center. Many organizations treat wellbeing reactively, investing only after burnout hits and attrition rates are high. Building the business case — using data, ROI frameworks, and lived impact — has required relentless education and system-level thinking. As a young female founder, non HR qualified, entering male-dominated boardrooms, I’ve also faced the challenge of proving my credibility. I’ve overcome this by leading with evidence, authenticity, and vision and creating strategic collaborations and partnerships to carve out a lane where impact speaks louder than titles.
Every hurdle became a pivot. And today, our work is redefining leadership performance in some of South Africa’s most demanding sectors.
