What does your company do?
We are a small scale primary and pre primary school. We offer a affordable education program to the children in our surrounding community. Giving the parents in our community a helping hand.
What is your biggest success?
I purchase a new property new to our existing property to expand our facility.
This year I have opened a computer room with 10 pc units, a full cooking room and a science room additionally for our learners to enjoy.
I have a fully registered school that is registered with the Department of education, Department of social Development and the eThekwini Council.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle at the moment is to get the budget to complete the new building for our learners on the new property. We have approved building plans and started with the new development but we run out of budget. With us we do not receive any funding from any other source except our learners school fees contributions. With our fees being so low to support our community we are struggling to continue with our building project at this stage.
We would also like to purchase a school transportation vehicle to transport our learners to the different sporting events.
