What does your company do?
We offer a range of services to clients that require any transaction to be processed at Government Departments.
Our main focus is the Licencing and Traffic Departments countrywide as this does not require the client to be there in person.
What is your biggest success?
Our company managed to secure contracts with a major Corporate company namely Shoprite /Checkers to manage their fleet countrywide.
We have also in the interim secured contracts with ABSA to manage the processes of their stolen and cloned vehicles nationwide.
Our brand has also become known to the public and several other major clients in the Mining Industry that we service monthly.
We have also managed to open Kwa-Zulu Natal, Cape Town and West Rand branches.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
We are finding it difficult to establish a National footprint due to the cost of setting up an office in each major Province. This will enable us to offer the service nationwide employing our own staff, where currently we are relying on agents in areas where we don't have offices. This is problematic as I have no control over these agents as they are not employed by me, and this affects our service delivery.
Having several WEQ4U offices in more areas will alleviate this hurdle and will increase our productivity/service levels dramatically.
