What does your company do?
Andi Beauty Group is a group of four companies rendering expect services in health, wellness, cosmetics and beauty.
The Andi Beauty Cosmetic line established in 2021 during level 4 lockdown in Northwest has since expanded into the Dr Andie Family Practice, The Andi Beauty Spa and the Phenomenal Young Persons NPO 181-231. Together the enterprise has impacted over 40000 Young people through its NPO initiative and has served over 2500 clients in and around South Africa. In 2024 financial year the group made a R1million turnover and looking at doubling that in this finacial year. We have over 5 network of ladies who distribute our products and make their own income. We have sold over 4800 Beauty products since inception, 1 permanent staff, 1 contractor, and 6 freelancers. The Dr Andie Family Practice offers a wide range of expert medical services to the community of Pretoria North while the spa focuses on wellness through its massage, facial, chemical peels, manicure, and pedicure services.
The Phenomenal Young Persons NPO 181-231 is a recognized stakeholder in both the Higher education (TVET colleges, TUT, SMU and UP as a society) and also by the department of Basic education as a holistic youth empowerment organisation in North West and the Tshwane North District.
What is your biggest success?

What has been your biggest hurdle?
Finding a perfect location for the business which was both strategic and profitable. Growing the brand unto the neighboring SADC countries.
