Passion Based Foundation is an organization founded in Daveyton dedicated to engaging in public benefit activities in communities that will uplift the society in every aspect that the community might be lacking in these include:• Welfare and humanitarians activities• Health care activities• Education and development activities

What is your biggest success?

Our greatest achievement was the Christmas initiative in 2024 hosted on Christmas eve, where we successfully handed out 200 food parcels with the sponsorship of SPAR. we went to 2 schools with identified families that were in need in Daveyton and lastly, we went to an orphanage. Through this initiative we were able to make the festive season of those families a lot warmer and happier, allowing the families to prepare a home cooked meal filled with love for Christmas day like every other family. The food parcels contained various house essentials such as rice, cooking oil, maize meal, juice, spices, samp, washing powder, canned stuff, tea, coffee, bathing soup, toothpaste and sugar. In addition to the spar prepared hamper, PBF added on 200 packs of meat packs which was 2kg of chicken pieces and chicken livers.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

Our Biggest hurdle is getting financial assistance, we Soley relay of donations and pledges from the internal members. The Foundation would love to have more initiatives or have make the current ones sustainable such has hosted the soup kitchen on a monthly basis however due to financial constraints we are very limited in the work we do
