What does your company do?
My company in conjunction with Topfloor is a integral part of the construction industry.
As my team and I using a mobile crane, we install concrete decking, concrete stairs & other concrete & steel elements from low cost & social housing to commercial buildings with multiple levels.
What is your biggest success?
Installing the concrete decking to social housing in less the time allotted
What has been your biggest hurdle?
In the beginning it was not knowing my worth, having to work twice as hard to prove that I am capable.
