Wadi's Kitchen is a Cape Malay business that opened up due to the need for her to pay her University fees. Her menu offers delectable goodness. She has brought the feeling home through her cooking to students, workers and many more customers alike. Her menu is constantly changing with the seasons, with the needs and the wants of her customers. She never seems to disappoint.
What is your biggest success?
The biggest success of Wadi's Kitchen is that she listens to her customers. Her personality, her personal touch has made her business successful as people want to be close to her, hear her laugh and voice and enjoy her wonderful food!
What has been your biggest hurdle?
The biggest hurdle of Wadi's Kitchen was at the start. A few articles have been posted on how her business has started. It was her and her dads idea and unfortunately, him being her biggest supporter passed away during the COVID pandemic. Wadi's Kitchen has become a success after all this, but I'm sure that there are hurdles that from the outside we do not see. I admire how she has done a transformation of teacher to entrepreneur.
