We’ve built a business rooted in transparency, kindness, and impact. From scaling global tech teams to guiding job seekers through some of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives, we’ve become known for heart-led service and meaningful results. Our reach is international, but our mission is deeply personal: to make recruitment feel less transactional, and more transformational, for companies, for candidates, and for the industry itself.
What is your biggest success?
Rebuilt my business post-COVID, scaling globally from 1 to a team, while solo parenting, homeschooling & working across time zones.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Lost R2.5 million due to poor hires and misplaced trust, but I retrenched, restructured, and I have rebuilt.
