What does your company do?
My enterprise sells premium food for the community. It also has an operating feeding scheme which feeds close to 70 community members.
What is your biggest success?
My greatest achievement was opening and operating the local feeding scheme.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
The biggest hurdle was the break-in that occurred at my establishment. A lot of my equipment was stolen including; pots, microwaves, deep fryers, stoves (gas and electric), dishes and groceries.
