What is your biggest success?
One of our proudest achievements as a forward-thinking agency was spotlighting Saray Khumalo in a magazine cover feature for Momentum’s #SheOwnsHerSuccess campaign in 2020. As the lead agency on the project, this was a significant win—not just creatively, but strategically—as it helped amplify the campaign’s core message: to empower women to own their success and boldly take up space in their fields of expertise.
Saray Khumalo, celebrated as the first African woman to summit Mount Everest, embodied the campaign's spirit of courage, resilience, and determination. Her story—of leaving behind the comfort of family to undergo rigorous training and face one of the world’s most dangerous mountains—was a powerful testament to what it means to push boundaries and pursue greatness. The feature not only elevated the brand’s narrative but also inspired countless women to embrace their potential unapologetically.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
As a boutique agency, we've faced several defining challenges that have shaped our resilience and growth. One of the most significant was parting ways with a founding director due to a legal dispute. This difficult transition disrupted operations and strained key client relationships, leading to a temporary loss of trust. While the journey to recovery wasn't without scars, it ultimately strengthened our team and clarified our vision.
Another ongoing challenge has been our pivot from a traditional agency model to a tech-driven startup. We reinvested profits into developing proprietary technology designed to streamline internal processes and position us as a forward-thinking industry player. After five years of persistence, we’ve finally secured venture capital for this innovation—an exciting milestone that marks a new chapter. Though still in the early stages, we’re proud to have found partners who believe in our mission to disrupt and reimagine the future of digital marketing.
