Limited Resources: Starting as a street hawker with limited resources, including no transportation, mobile trailer with no toilet facilities, and limited space.
Infrastructure Challenges: Working from a mobile trailer with no proper facilities, making it difficult to maintain hygiene and provide comfortable service.
Logistical Challenges: Managing operations without transportation, relying on public transport or manual labor to transport goods.
Growth Constraints: Overcoming limited space and resources to grow the business and meet increasing demand.
