What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been building Indigo Brokers from the ground up. I started in the financial industry at 20 and launched my own FSP at 24. Six years later, I’ve grown it into a thriving, independent brokerage that now partners with an international wealth advisory boutique. But for me, it’s more than just the numbers—it’s about the impact. I’ve created a national community of brokers, introduced innovative insurance solutions, and built a brand that prioritizes trust and accessibility. All of this while being a wife and mom. That’s what I’m most proud of.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle has been navigating the emotional and financial challenges of building a business from scratch while raising a young family. There were times I doubted myself—especially in the early days when I had to make tough calls without a blueprint or safety net. Balancing sleepless nights with client meetings, managing cash flow under pressure, and leading a team when I was still figuring things out myself wasn’t easy. I had to grow into my role as a leader while staying grounded as a mother and wife. But those challenges shaped me—they pushed me to become more resilient, more focused, and more intentional with my time and energy.
