What is your biggest success?

Our dedication to professionalism and innovation has earned us prestigious accolades. Notably, the company was awarded Capital City Business Chamber’s Business of the Year in 2019 (Property & Infrastructure category) and was a finalist in the AHI Empowering Entrepreneurs Awards (2021). CEO Susan Venter has been recognised for her business acumen, being a finalist in the Margaret Hirsch Businesswoman Achiever of the Year (2019) and the SACBW George Branch Businesswoman of the Year (2024).

What has been your biggest hurdle?

In the early days of our startup, we faced serious cash flow problems due to limited funding and high costs. We had to make tough choices to keep the business going. To tackle these issues, we created a strict cost-cutting plan and improved our operations. These actions helped us not only survive but also become profitable in our first year. Unfortunately, we experienced similar issues again during the COVID-19 pandemic, but we are still here and pushing forward.
