What does your company do?
I KNOW YOU KNOW makes career guidance accessible. We believe in young people' ability to reach their full potential and make a difference in society. This can only happen if they are in the right career that brings out their best and enables them to really deliver value to make the world a better place. We offer tailor made one-on-one career guidance, group career guidance to schools and scholarships as well as career guidance to our corporate partners who desire to empower their fellows or employees.
What is your biggest success?
The biggest success has been securing a corporate partnership with the Association of Allan Gray and having them renew our partnership for the second year.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
The biggest hurdle has been raising funding for the purposes of testing some business assumptions and building the tech enabled solution.
