As the founder of my own accounting firm, I’ve helped numerous businesses scale sustainably by developing and implementing strategic financial plans, enabling them to move from survival to growth with clarity and confidence.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
One of the biggest hurdles I faced was getting businesses to see the value of strategic planning beyond just compliance. Many clients initially came with short-term, reactive needs, such as tax returns, payroll, or company registration, but didn’t recognize how financial strategy could drive real growth. I had to educate them, build trust, and shift the mindset from 'surviving' to 'scaling.' It took time, patience, and consistent delivery of value. But once they saw the results, many became long-term clients and advocates.
