Through resilience and vision, you’ve empowered hundreds to discover their purpose, build sustainable futures, and inspire change by cementing a lasting legacy of hope, leadership, and community transformation.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our greatest hurdles as the Passionate Kasi Chix Foundation have been navigating financial instability and operating without consistent funding or sponsorships. Running impactful programs like The Power Teens Club and the Fempreneur Coaching Program often depends on limited resources and personal sacrifices. As a founder, balancing the demands of leadership while facing personal struggles, emotional burnout, and spiritual battles has made the journey even more challenging. Access to venues, transport, and professional support has also been limited, slowing down the growth and consistency of our outreach. Additionally, building trust in under-resourced communities requires time, persistence, and emotional labor that is often overlooked. Despite these obstacles, we continue to push forward, driven by purpose, faith, and a deep commitment to empowering women and girls. These hurdles have tested our resilience but also shaped our foundation’s strength, authenticity, and passion for change.
