What does your company do?

Our current services include expert nails, individual lashes, and foot massages. We plan to expand to offer additional services such as fullbody massages and brow tinting in the near future. Our customercentric approach and commitment to excellence set us apart in the local beauty industry.

What is your biggest success?

My biggest success was partnering with a lash specialist. We merged our services, creating a business with a broader range of offerings, allowing us to reach more clients than we had as solo operators. This year, our biggest achievement was registering the business with CIPC and SARS.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

Our biggest hurdle is growing our client base. We're still struggling to effectively reach our target audience. Additionally, we're facing challenges in finding a suitable space to rent, which is hindering our ability to fully operate our business. Moreover, we still lack the necessary equipment and products to launch our massage services effectively.
