My business brings the vibrant flavors of Kasi street food to the rural heartland, filling a gap in the market for delicious, affordable fast food. Our menu features a mouth-watering array of favorites, including crispy kotas, spicy wings, savory sheep's head and pig head, crispy trotters, golden fish and chips, and finger-licking chicken feet and livers. By combining the bold flavors of township cuisine with the convenience of fast food, we're serving up a taste sensation that's winning over customers in the rural areas. A major milestone for me has been tapping into a wider market, attracting customers from beyond my local community and establish a loyal following
What has been your biggest hurdle?
One of the biggest challenges I've faced is securing a suitable operational space for my business,which currently operates from home. Specifically sourcing a reliable mobile kitchen unit has been a hurdle and I'm actively exploring options to overcome this obstacle
