One of our flagship achievements has been developing and implementing the internal communications strategy for Mondelez SSA—enhancing employee engagement and leadership visibility across the region.
We are also home to Coverupquotes, our own consumer product line that merges creativity and messaging into wearable items. Through both our consultancy and product arms, GMNT Holdings is focused on empowering brands and people with purpose-driven communication that moves audiences and builds influence.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been securing Mondelez SSA as a client and leading the development and execution of their internal communications strategy. This partnership has been a defining moment for GMNT Holdings—positioning us as a trusted communications partner to one of the world’s largest FMCG companies.
We crafted a cohesive internal comms strategy aligned with their culture and business goals, and we continue to implement it monthly—driving stronger employee engagement, message clarity, and leadership visibility across the region.
This win not only validated our expertise but also demonstrated our ability to deliver at a corporate scale with consistency, creativity, and impact. It has opened doors to new opportunities, strengthened our credibility, and elevated the profile of GMNT Holdings in the communications space.

What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle has been launching Coverupquotes, a passion-driven product developed under GMNT Holdings, entirely self-funded. Bringing a new brand to life without external investment meant wearing multiple hats—product development, marketing, distribution—all while managing the day-to-day operations of the company.
It was a test of resilience, resourcefulness, and belief. There were moments of doubt, delays, and financial strain, but I remained focused on the vision: creating a product that speaks to self-expression and empowerment.
This journey taught me the value of patience, strategic prioritization, and celebrating small wins. It strengthened my leadership and deepened my understanding of what it truly takes to build something from scratch.
