What does your company do?
It an advocacy group that drives transformation, inclusion and diversity in the sport of cycling. Buhle owns NCAF which comprises of a network of rural and township academies and clubs nationwide. They educate, train & identify up-and-coming cyclists in areas that are rich in talent but without recognition and resources. They do this through hosting community based races and cycling clinics.
What is your biggest success?
Appointed CyclingSA Head Commission: Transformation and Capacity Building.
Award recognition by Mail and Guardian for the TOP 100 Women changing South Africa 2019 and The Governing Women 2021.
Runner up SURVIVOUR SOUTH AFRICA SEASON 5.

What has been your biggest hurdle?
Contact resistance and gaslighted for being in leadership in a male dominated sport.
Working extra hard to convince corporate SA to invest in transforming and changing the face of cycling in SA.
