What is your biggest success?
I have taken in a young female with no experience and built her up to be a Junior Estate Administrator and with funding I would like to employ one more female. I have helped numerous female clients to become self efficient and through difficult times
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Building our own brand and identity and competition with large corporate companies with funds for marketing
