What is your biggest success?

With the mining company, we supported supplier development, improved operational efficiency, and positioned them to attract larger contracts through strategic marketing and procurement support. These successes reflect what ProMotive does best: helping businesses optimise behind the scenes while boldly showing up in front.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our biggest hurdle has been securing consistent, long-term clients while building trust as a small, black female-owned business in a competitive space.
While we deliver strong results, many corporates prefer working with larger, established firms—making it difficult to turn short-term wins into ongoing contracts. We've often had to prove our value through once-off projects instead of being brought in as strategic partners from the start. But this challenge has also pushed us to refine our offering, build a stronger brand, and deliver measurable impact that keeps doors opening. It’s taught us patience, grit, and how to turn every opportunity into proof of what’s possible with ProMotive.
