What is your biggest success?
Our biggest success was to be able to grow our business in Covid-19, from 07 employees to 91 employees. It is to thrive in a male dominated environment. As a Transport Planner myself I managed to grow my business in another industry.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
It was to fund the business from my pocket, financial assistance from the government and the banks. This has taught me to save more money to invest in our company. The company was funded with my salary from my employer
