What does your company do?
We believe that attorneys must take initiative and fulfil a
proactive role. We thus consistently and tenaciously tackle
matters of complex natures that require substantial
research, mental agility, and fierce litigation. In our so
doing, we have successfully contested and instituted numerous
litigious matters. Our business aims to represent our clients fiercely and without fear or favour.
What is your biggest success?
We have procured work from a large security company in South Africa. We work hand in hand with their head legal counsel. Through this privileged position we have countered numerous matters in the High Court. Our most recent success stories would be ringing in a R9,000,000.00 loss of profit claim for this particular client prior to having to approach court. We similarly anticipate that we shall shortly successfully halt I'll founded proceedings against another entity for a much larger amount. We daily have success stories, and are keen to share what we can.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Finding the perfect people to work with... and setting up all the starting technology for the firm - I am like a 90 year old in the shade when it comes to technology.
