What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our Biggest Hurdle
At Twin Venture, our most significant challenge has been operational continuity, particularly in maintaining our fleet of quad bikes.
• Delayed Repairs & Maintenance: Due to a shortage of parts internationally, we’ve experienced delays in getting our bikes serviced and back in operation, which affects our ability to meet demand during peak seasons.
• Financial Strain: These delays also contribute to cash flow pressure, as fewer operational bikes mean fewer bookings and revenue during critical periods.
While we’ve faced other common business challenges such as market competition and customer acquisition, keeping our equipment in top condition amid global supply disruptions has tested our resilience the most.
