KREDD Communication is a boutique strategic communications and public relations consultancy founded by Kaamini Reddy, a seasoned communication expert and certified transformational coach. With over two decades of experience across public and private sectors, Kaamini brings a unique blend of insight, empathy, and execution to help organisations and individuals amplify their message and lead with purpose.
More than just a communications agency, KREDD is a catalyst for change. We provide bespoke strategies in brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications, while also leveraging coaching methodologies to build leadership capacity, especially among women navigating high-stakes environments.
At the heart of our work is a deep commitment to empowering women leaders to find their voice, own their narrative, and drive influence from the inside out. Through one-on-one coaching, strategic advisory, and mentorship, Kaamini has supported female executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders to step into their full potential—with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
KREDD Communication is where strategy meets soul—delivering impact that speaks louder than campaigns and builds legacies beyond brands.
What is your biggest success?
My greatest success has been learning to back myself, especially in spaces where I once felt I didn’t belong. As a woman in communications and strategy, I’ve often had to carve out my place at tables not built with me in mind. Through that journey, I’ve embraced the power of asking for help, believing in my own voice, and using it to lift others. One of my proudest achievements is the work I do coaching women writers—helping them express their truth with clarity and confidence. Whether guiding a client’s brand strategy or mentoring a rising leader, I bring more than just expertise—I bring deep investment in their vision. My ability to connect dots, see the bigger picture, and translate that into compelling, actionable communication is what sets me apart. Success, for me, is not just in outcomes—it’s in the impact I leave behind and the women I bring forward with me.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Building a business as a woman in her fifties in a youth-obsessed industry comes with its own hurdles. Age can be a double-edged sword—while it brings wisdom and depth, it often limits access to opportunities that favour younger, trendier faces or start-ups with flashy backers. As the founder of a boutique agency, I often compete against large firms with vast resources, big teams, and insider networks. It’s not always easy to find time to attend every industry event or stay visible in circles where presence drives influence. Strategic growth, while steady, is slower when you’re also delivering hands-on, high-touch service. But I’ve learned to play to my strengths—offering clients real experience, substance over spin, and a partner truly invested in their success. Every win is hard-earned. Every lesson, priceless. And while the road is unglamorous at times, I’m still here - standing, evolving, and doing the work with purpose.
