What has been your biggest hurdle?
One of the biggest hurdles faced by Kefilwe Tsela Academy has been navigating the transition into becoming a full-fledged Education Technology provider. While our vision has always been to embrace technology as a tool for accessible and scalable learning, the journey has not been without its challenges.
A major pain point has been the instability of our e-learning platform, which has experienced frequent crashes and downtime. This has affected user experience and delayed the seamless delivery of our accredited programmes in Technopreneurship, New Venture Creation, and Workplace Readiness.
Despite these setbacks, the Academy remains committed to digital transformation and is actively working with technical partners to stabilise and upgrade the platform. We understand that reliable technology is critical for learning, and we are prioritising system improvements to ensure that our learners can access high-quality content anytime, anywhere. Our goal remains clear: to become a leading EdTech provider across Africa providing practical skills for the future of work.
