What is your biggest success?
Establishment of my fully equipped professional photography studio and provide clients with an even higher quality of service.
My company being invited to go do photoshoot for grade R learners at a Primary School both for graduation and certificates ceremony and creating Certificates, Calendars and puzzles for them.
Being invited to go shoot for matric dances and also being invited to go exhibit at different markets, First at North West University, and through SEDFA and LED, Also to go capture both photoshoots and areal drone shots at an 4.5km Inspirational Run/fun Walk at Transnet center, under the management of Kgorogo Social Investment in Khuma Location.
During last year we as the young Entrepreneurs of MATLOSANA Municipality had decided to come together and form a Collaboration for the growth of our business and this year we are in the process of finalizing the working documents.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Establishing proper pricing strategies for my services. Sometimes, emotions dictate the price charged. For example, fear of losing customers and charging too little, which over time will continually lower the profit margin. This can create insurmountable business challenge. But by keeping my ear to the ground regarding my competition, and periodically reevaluating my prices has help me overcome this challenges and regularly asking customers for feedback.
