What is your biggest success?
In 2017 The Government of Lithuania selected our company as Project Leader to take young Africans to Transparency School International of Integrity. This was a great milestone for us as it allowed the opportunity to send young people to Lithuania so they could be taught how to lead with integrity.
THis was monumental for us as it aligned with our ethos and values. It underpinned an opportunity for us to play an integral role in developing leaders on the fundamental principle of integrity.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
I am a miracle on two feet. In June 2024, I had a case of food poisoning that resulted in complications and me being in a coma for 15 days and 20 days in hospital. I had zero haemoglobin count, full kidney failure, and my family was told, I wouldn't make it. The medical team did everything medically possible to bring me back and I complicated further. I was on dialysis, in a coma and I was gone...but God. A miracle happened and now I am here living my life of a second chance.
I had to learn to walk again from a wheelchair, rebuild cognitive thinking. This period meant that I had to learn to learn to be resilient and bounce back. I leaned on my faith and with the support of family build my life and the business again. I launched a podcast, The Queendom Network, where we profile female leaders to inspire the next level of leaders.
I am excited to share this chapter of my life.
