What does your company do?
Bakery business. We bake a variety of Cakes such as scones, biscuits and jam tarts. We sell to our customers who are going to work in the morning at the taxi rank. Most of our customers don't have time to make breakfast therefore, we give them breakfast on the go and bring convenience to them
What is your biggest success?
We have been able to give the customers what they want, we have even exceeded their expectations. When we started we were unsure of the results but the response we got was impeccable it proved to us that we are on the right path. We have been able to deliver and served more than 2 000 customers
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Financial literacy and management, inventory management and access to market. Managing the books and separating business money with personal money and increasing our sales, to not only focus on 1 taxi rank but majority of them
