What is your biggest success?
launching sustainability service providing business (which includes consulting services, carbon accounting and workplace safety through implementation of a strategic partnership model as a tool to allow the business to grow. I collaborated with Wits University's Tshimogong Precent to develop a groundbreaking software that enables companies to collect, calculate, store and track their ESG data.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Time constraints as I started the implementation process whilst I was still in full time employment, i have since assumed a full-time role in MN Risk Services. Financial risk due to the business being self-funded. implementing a strategic partnership have proved to be valuable in overcoming this risk.
