What does your company do?
We locally make bridal attire and accessories. We design, source fabrics, manufacture custom made clothing items and accessories.
What is your biggest success?
I have started as a one women show in 2018, buying fabric as I get orders in, cutting them on my knees in our small apartment on the living room floor. And I guess I have a few big success moments. The moment I was able to hire my first employee. The moment I was able to buy fabrics not per order, but on rolls. The years we did well and I was able to pay my employees proper bonuses. And so many more small but significant success moments.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Scaling the business, taking it to the next level. I feel with proper marketing this could be achieved. However our profits have not been that substantial that we can pour a good amount into maybe hiring a proper marketing agency yet.
