What does your company do?

I create Transformations on women via Image consulting, I Am also a qualified Hairstylist and Makeup Artist, dress my clients and help maintain their looks afterwards with my own Makeup brand - Tonality Seasonal Makeup - Makeup designed for your specific skintone, based on your Seasonal analysis.

What is your biggest success?

My biggest success has definitely been where I started as a hairstylist in normal salons, working for an average salary. Decided to expand into Makeovers, being fully booked months ahead. Maximizing profits , creating my makeup brand Tonality and building it up even further.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

Getting over the fear of what people think and to not listen to negative comments. When you overcome the fear of judgement, you are free to grow.
