What does your company do?
My company helps individuals and teams build the soft skills that power real and lasting growth. Through coaching, facilitation, and keynote speaking, I support people and organisations to navigate change, lead with humanity, and perform with emotional agility.
I focus on core human skills that drive both well-being and high performance. These include topics like emotional intelligence, effective communication, and creating psychologically safe environments. With a background in clinical psychology and training as a life coach, I blend evidence-based techniques with human-centred insight to empower lasting personal and professional development.
I support young professionals with corporate readiness, and leaders with the human skills required to lead effectively. I help teams reconnect in ways that drive high performance while prioritising well-being. At the heart of it, my work is about unlocking potential from the inside out because when people feel seen, safe, and supported, they do their best work - on the field, in the boardroom, and beyond. And that ripple effect changes companies, communities, and futures.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been choosing to back myself. Pulling the parachute and leaving a stable corporate career to focus fully on building my business. It was both terrifying and liberating. But I knew that to create meaningful impact, I had to go all in.
Since then, I’ve embarked on a journey of becoming an accredited life coach, deepening my ability to support clients with evidence-based tools that drive real transformation. My clinical psychology background gave me a strong foundation and this next step is unlocking a whole new way to help people lead, live, and perform with greater self-awareness and emotional agility.
This leap was about choosing alignment, choosing courage, and choosing to build something that helps others thrive. That, to me, is success.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
I started my business in 2021 while working full-time, and in February this year, I made the decision to leave my corporate role and focus fully on growing it. One of my biggest hurdles was managing my business while working full-time. Balancing a demanding corporate role with facilitation work, sometimes multiple sessions a week, was both fulfilling and overwhelming. Getting time off wasn’t always easy, and I often had to stretch myself to show up fully in both spaces.
Now that I’ve taken the leap into full-time entrepreneurship, the hurdle has shifted. While I’m grateful for the consistent work I receive through an intermediary, I’m focused on building my own client base and establishing more direct relationships. It’s a new kind of challenge, but one I welcome.
