What does your company do?
I own a preschool/Daycare where I take care of children by being their caregiver and a principal. I work with teachers to create a preschool that brings happiness into children's lives and it is a safe environment where all children feel welcomed.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success is creating a thriving and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow which brings positive impact in their lives as I provide a high quality care and a safe environment.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Not being able to stick to the Children's menu due to running out of food because some parents don't pay on time or they don't pay at all but I don't blame them because some are going through financial problems.
