What does your company do?
• Temo Foundation is registered Non-Profit Company (NPC) founded in 2017,
after realizing the huge demand for entrepreneurship coaching and
mentorship in rural villages and townships. Since the inception, Temo
Foundation has grown as trusted brand in business and made remarkable
impact on the local communities in North-West, Limpopo and Northern
Cape Province. Through dedication, collaboration and a commitment to
creating positive change, we continue to build on our previous
achievements to create a South Africa we can all be proud of.
• Through our strategic Pillars which includes, Gender Equality, Education
and Skills Development, Disability Awareness, SMEs Coaching and
Entrepreneurship , we are committed towards at strengthening the
realization of United Nations 2030 Agenda Sustainable Development and
(SDGs) goals adopted by all the United Nations states in 2015, as a
shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet,
now and into the future.
• Our service offering is underpinned by a deep and hands-on understanding
of the complexities of development and social investment.
What is your biggest success?
• With more 4 years in business, through Our SMMEs Advisory Services, Contributed to building sustainable
business by impact than 200 Small Companies and Co-operatives operating in Mining, Agriculture
and Construction and Manufacturing.
• We were the first organisation IN North West to host the TREP Roadshow at MAILE village in 2020 in
partnership with SEDA.
• Since 2019 , We hosted successful entrepreneurship workshop (Training) in Unisa Rustenburg Campus
and Orbit Tvet College attended by more than 100 Youth and Women in Business.
• Hosted a Gender equality roundtable discussion, sharing valuable business information and creating a
space for local smme’s to exhibit & showcase their businesses at Sun City Resort, the event took place on
the 30th November 2021 and was proudly supported by Commission for Gender Equality, DEDECT, Office
of the Premier, SunCity CSI, ETDP Seta, Implats, Absa and Limabix. The Executive Mayor of Moses Kotane
Municipality gave a keynote address and our Deputy Minister of Labour, Mme Boitumelo Moloi also
addressed delegates.
• During Covid19 lockdown, Temo Sme Coach & Ditsogo Engineering hosted several entrepreneurship
webinars, providing mentorship and support to local SMMEs.
• The Founder of Temo SME Coach & Ditsogo Engineering, Tebogo Anna Mosito is a successful
entrepreneur, a mentor and business advisor. She previously worked for Shanduka black Umbrellas at
Enterprise Development Assistant, she has been incubated in various programmes internationally
including the Vital Voices Global Fellowship, Graca Machel New Faces New Voices programme, Investec
Finance Readiness, Ernst & Young Winning Women, Goldman Sach’s 10000 Women, RBED, Impala ESD,
AngloZimele ESD, SAB Kickstart for Young Entrepreneurs, Gen 22 on Sloane Global Entrepreneurs Network
and she recently travelled with SEDA and Minister of Small Business Development, Stella Ndabeni
Abrahams and other entrepreneurs to Saudi Arabia, on return she became part of the SHETrades initiative.
Tebogo is passionate about assisting startup and existing smme’s to grow and become successful in their
respective industries.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Securing consistent funding, navigating complex compliance regulations and building trust with communities while demonstrating measurable impact and organizational transparency.
