Michelle Israel Consultancy PTY LTD
What does your company do?
I help individuals build unshakable confidence, emotional resilience, and purpose-aligned success. As a Master NLP practitioner and a coach in mental health, mindset, and wellbeing, I design transformational experiences that blend neuroscience, faith, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural tools, and somatic practices to activate deep and lasting personal breakthroughs.
Through my company, Michelle Israel Consultancy, I offer high-impact coaching, keynote speaking, and innovative self-development tools. In August 2025 I will be publishing my first book, a coaching journey that helps people rewire limiting beliefs, reclaim their worth, and lead with authenticity.
I work with a wide range of individuals — from young people navigating identity to professionals healing from burnout, to women stepping into their power — all intending to nurture holistic wellbeing and courageous, future-focused leadership.
At the heart of my work is a clear mission: to raise a generation of confident, conscious, and spiritually aligned leaders who are not only self-aware but also driven to make a meaningful difference in the world.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been making a real and lasting difference in someone’s life — helping a woman who came to me on the edge of burnout, anxiety, and deep self-doubt rediscover her confidence, purpose, and power. Through our work together using NLP, mindset coaching, and deep emotional healing, she went from feeling invisible and overwhelmed to standing up for herself, stepping into leadership, and reconnecting with joy, not just surviving, but thriving.
Moments like that remind me that success isn’t always about big stages or shiny achievements — it’s about transformation. It’s about helping someone remember who they are and what they’re capable of. That one life changed has a ripple effect: on her family, her community, and her future.
That is the work I’m most proud of. Quiet revolutions, one soul at a time.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle has been learning to trust my own voice in a world that often undervalues emotional intelligence, intuition, and spiritual leadership — especially when it comes from a woman. As a coach working at the intersection of mental health, mindset, and faith, I often found myself carving out a path in spaces that didn’t quite exist yet. There were moments of self-doubt, resistance from traditional systems, and the internal pressure to shrink myself to fit into more “acceptable” versions of success.
But that challenge became my greatest teacher.
I had to do the very work I now teach — breaking through limiting beliefs, healing from past conditioning, and standing confidently in my truth. That process reshaped me, deepened my empathy, and made me fiercely committed to helping others do the same. It taught me that my difference is my superpower — and that the most powerful leaders are the ones who lead from the inside out.
