What is your biggest success?

What has been your biggest hurdle?

My biggest hurdle has been transitioning from a one-woman business to building and leading a team I could trust. In the early years, I did everything myself — from client engagement and recruitment to admin, marketing, and finance. As the business grew, I had to face the difficult but necessary shift: letting go of control, hiring the right people, training them thoroughly, and learning to delegate with confidence. This journey challenged me on both a professional and personal level. It required patience, self-awareness, and a willingness to grow as a leader. It wasn’t easy to entrust others with the responsibilities I had carried alone for so long, but today, I’m proud to say I have a strong, capable team that shares my values and vision. Overcoming this hurdle has not only allowed the business to scale but has created a supportive, empowered environment that continues to thrive.
