I am selling food and currently looking at also starting a cook boot camp for the youth
What is your biggest success?
My biggest suvvvwa was winning the Heineken cook off challenge and also being picked for Taste Master SA Season 6
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle is getting all the equipment needed to turn it into the full on vision of a restuarant that I want.
I would love to have a restuarant that not only focuses on traditional food but all cuisines and also have space to train some cooking lessons
