What does your company do?
We are digital marketing and brand management agency that does marketing and management for businesses and creatives online. We do this through strategic social media handling, supply of influential creatives and professional administration for talents/creatives.
What is your biggest success?
- Starting the company and sustaining it till this far
- Managing four working talents/creatives and one company
- Starting our internship programme with the aim of giving students work experience and employing the best at the end of the programme
What has been your biggest hurdle?
- Rejecting creatives who are seeking management because we are short staffed
- Losing people whom were part of management when we started the company
