What has been your biggest hurdle?

Like many young firms, our path hasn’t been without hurdles. Breaking into the corporate space, gaining visibility, and securing high-profile work has been an uphill climb, especially when the Director of the law firm is a young woman like myself. competing with established names and limited marketing resources become a serious challenge. As a newly established firm, we've come to recognise that our greatest untapped potential lies in strategic partnerships, meaningful collaborations, and valuable mentorships.
