What does your company do?

*Impumelelo yesizwe women development is a youth development organisation *It's a women empowerment organization * Our organization help teach the values and way to be able to sustain a life for the advantage and the disadvantaged. *Our organization is a spear that focuses on the trying to eliminate the percentage of the the GBV by creating awareness and helping those in abusive relationships to find their foot. *We focus in equality and puting a stop in discrimination saying that my friend disability is still my friend. *We give opportunities and teach them food security and the importance of having their own food gardens. *We educate the young children give the a safe space to play nd learn.

What is your biggest success?

Our greatest achievement was hosting an even with disabilities we are capable project that helped the people with disabilities feel welcomed in our community and providing wheelchair, adult nappies walking sticks to the people that need it. That was one of the greatest achievements we have achieved.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

Our biggest hurdle was when we were helping a person being physically emotionaly abused and when we have thought that they have overcame and are ready to move on and take charge of their lives again they walked back to the Abusers live and they were killed. It's one of the saddest moments and it has killed our spirits but we still holding on.
